"Sticky Bone" and BCGF for solving the cyst problem in proximity with the AIN!

Patient came with edema and loose of sensitivity, after treatment attempt in another clinic. The CBCT shows the cyst with proximity with foramen mentalis and IAN. Also there was bone loss vestibularly. We decided to well retreat endodonticaly and after that we surgically treated with cystectomy, apicectomy and retrograde MTA sealing. Afterwards "Sticky Tooth" was placed to seal the defect and create vestibular bone. BCGF membranes and than suturing. The 3 months CBCT control shows good healing and vestibular bone. Sensitivity is fully restored. Laser, Piezo, MTA, "Sticky Tooth", BCGF were used. Enjoy and feel free to ask questions
