A CASE OF INSTRUMENT RETRIEVAL

A 45 year old Female patient was referred by a general dentist to retrieve a separated file from the DB canal. Radiogrpahic examination revealed there were two H files separated in the same canal. Well , challenge accepted. Under DOM, both the broken H files were retrieved using Ultrasonics. The canals were cleaned and shaped . Missed MB2 was also located and shaped. After profuse irrigation with 5% Sodium Hypochlorite, the canals were dried and Obturated using WVC. Comments and Critics are welcome.
