Patient female, healthy 60 years old Edentulia of #35--, #44– (free end situation) since the old bridges have #38 and #48 infected Aesthetic overall problems, with problems in the frontal region and post sinus lift situation. The occlusal plan is messy and deep from several years. 7 TMI PBRI implants with immediate bone socket grafting, piezo bone crest-splitting and slow expansion. “Sticky Tooth”: #38, #48 + bone chips combined with b-TCP+HA 50:50 covered with Lamina and BCGF membrane covering. Tisseel was used to fix the Laminas! Prosthetically speaking we adjusted the occlusion, changing the frontal bridge after laser crown lengthening, and modifying the bridge over implants and adjusting as much as possible the midline. A new prosthetic solution with zirconia-porcelain was done in the lower arch after hard and soft tissue adaptation! Enjoy and feel free to ask questions!
