My first internal bleaching case

My first internal bleaching case in private practice and my first anterior filling since graduating as a dentist in 2006. Case description: Patient was referred for possible retreatment and to see what could be done to the color. The previous root canal looks sufficient and no clinical nor radiological symptoms were present. So I left it as is (which is difficult for me as an endodontist ;) ). I started with removing some excess guttapercha and placing a glass ionomer bleach barrier. Internal bleaching with sodiumperborate powder and water (2:1) and I needed 4 visits with 1 week inbetween each visit to get the desired result. After that, I waited 2 weeks before placing a definitive composite restoration. I used G-aenial anterior A2, JE, A02. 3 weeks later a final visit was done for final polishing and also retouching the D incisal corner which was too sharp after the initial placing of the restoration. All in all it's a huge improvement and the patient is very happy, but I think I still should have used more opaque composite and the reflection line is also off. Description is next to the image. But feel free to tell me how I can improve (I can use some guidance ;) ). I think the end result is not opaque enough and the reflection is off.
