Periodontal Regeneration case

A 40 year old healthy male patient reported with a chief complaint of pain irt 25. On clinical examination, a deep 7mm buccal pocket was present interdentally between 25 & 26. Radiograph revealed deep subgingival proximal caries irt 25 distally, which required endodontic treatment. Endodontic therapt for 25 was done after which periodontal surgery was done irt 25, 26 to eliminate the pocket, store the proximal caries and regenerate the 2-walled bony defect.
