Ramus block graft for correcting a horizontal ridge deficiency

24 Y old male patient. Lost tooth 21 many years ago. As a result of neglected treatment, MD space was lost so the patient underwent orthodontic treatment to regain the space. CBCT scans shows a severe horizontal alveolar ridge defect that requires reconstruction prior to implant placement. First phase of treatment involved harvesting a ramus block graft. The wisdom tooth on the same side was extracted as well. The graft will be left for 4 months prior to re-entry. Enjoy
