LITTLE MESSAGE : ( Simple Case ) This patient came to me in a clinic outside my region asking for a coronal restoration because the previous restoration fall out , i asked him for a Radiograph In the next visit i was shocked that the tooth is previously endodonically treated with a chronic abscess begging to show , what made me more surprised that the previous dentist was in my home region which I don’t know by name . Please , don’t deal with the money , how can you take endodontic fees for doing this ! What you don’t accept to your self or your family don’t accept it for your patient , think about quality instead. And we are recalling the patient to make sure pariapical pathosis is disappearing .
