Soft tissue augmentation

#Soft_tissue_augmentation_case! ----------------------------------- ~This case is Miller class IV recession, the two central incisors prognosis are fair to poor. ~Upon the patient choice to preserve the teeth and after completing phase I therapy, oral hygiene instructions, splinting, we decided to increase width of deficient attached gingiva, to place the teeth in more favorable position, decreasing the trauma, and facilities the oral hygiene performance. ~The post-operative result is after 3 weeks , looking forward for more follow up periods.
