Story of papilla preservation flap

35 years old female, systematically free, complaining of spacing between two upper central incisors, which is increasing by time. By clinical and radiographic examination, it is diagnosed as localized sever chronic periodontitis. Upon consultation with orthodontist , he decided according to bone level and tooth alignment that upon orthodontic movement there will be more bone loss that may compromise tooth prognosis. So, we decided to start the periodontal management first by GTR procedure and after 6 months he can go for orthodontic correction .
