Surgical crown lengthening

Surgical crown lengthening to restore function and esthetics... hard case! Adding to the compromised crown length and violation of biological width, there was also deficient esthetic due to uneven maxillary gingival display... Our goal is to creat an equal and esthetically accepted gingival display during smiling , with restoring the biological width too. Provisional in place one week post-surgery, and waiting for the final restoration after complete healing. N.B:, the provisional and prosthetic part accomplished and will be completed by another prosthodontist.
