Dear Collegue! Where is the limit of direct build up? I planned to change buccal V class filling with secunder caries and mesial filling in this tooth 35. Than i just drilled deeper and deeper.... Occlusal surface was almost untouched! Tooth was vital, one week later the check up showed vitality and was asymptomatic.
