Stained vascularity of the internal anatomy of an upper second premolar

I was finally able to determine the parameters that allowed me to stain the vascularity within the canal system itself

i found this cleared tooth photograph on the right in this slide posted wrongly on facebook, with associated poor information and no credit given. Being passionate about tooth clearing and the individuals that got me started i wanted to set the record straight. this cleared tooth is the work of Dr Arnaldo Castellucci. it is actually this very photograph that got me started in tooth clearing about 14 years ago. this photograph in this slide is an original supplied to me by Dr Castellucci himself and it also serves as the cover of his textbook which is now in it's third edition of print. it is considered to be one of the best text books in endodontics. Dr Castellucci has studied, taught, lectured and published in endodontics extensively. he has another textbook atlas with pictures of cleared teeth showing the internal anatomy of human teeth via gutta percha injections. it is an amazing atlas of anatomy and one of the most respected of its kind. here is his website: http://www.endocastellucci.com/en/castellucci.html
