Another case of C-shaped root canal system. Most commonly found in Mandibular second molars...8-10% incidence in Indian population. Debridement and instrumentation is a definite challenge especially owing to the numerous fins and isthmuses. Use of Passive Ultrasonic irrigation + Thermoplastic obturation is more effective.
