" Miracles do Happen! " Age- 5 years, Internal root resorption in the distal root of 74. Although indicated for extraction, after obtaining the consent; 74 was treated with LSTR (Lesion Sterilisation and Tissue Repair). Triple antibiotic paste (Clindamycin replacing Minocyclin) was used in the pulp chamber and SS crown was cemented under LA+RD. Follow up after 2 years showing gradual stabilisation of the lesion with osteoid tissue replacement and normal resorption pattern!
